Interview with Supreme Kakes manager: Supreme Kakes was started in August of 2009 when our genius Chef Veronica; with 19 years of experience, was tired of working for others and decided to bake cakes from home. At first, Vero was just making a few cakes for friends and family, but as word got out about her uncommon creations, busi ness picked up fast. In December of 2009, Veronica was getting so inundated with cake orders that she decided to start her own business. Which is now in a 6,000 square foot bakery in the Memorial area of Houston. Today, Supreme Kakes has grown to a staff of eight friends who make cakes while listening to music.
Our designs are unique, our flavors are delicious, and our demeanor is relaxed but professional. Our cakes are all individually baked to order, and every cake is always fresh, never frozen. We have over 20 flavors, and experiment with new ones all the time – – if you don’t see it on our list, don’t be afraid to ask, because we can probably make it.
